THE CANADA SELECT RATING Canada Select properties are rated based upon the range and quality of the physical facilities and services offered. Qualified Rating Advisors physically inspect all properties yearly using specific criteria and issue a rating in one of the following categories: Hotel/Motel Resort Bed & Breakfast/Hospitality Home Fishing/Hunting What the Stars Ratings Mean Example of Hotel/Motel Secure, clean, well-maintained, private bath (three piece), individual heat control, comfortable beds, color TV, telephone on premises.
